Appetizer: Black soybeans and Chinese yam pickled in plum vinegar
Assortment of two kinds of sashimi: red sea bream and scallop
Grilled dish: Yellowtail teriyaki
Boiled dish: Japanese-style beef tongue stew
Deep-fried food Radish mochi Deep-fried
Vinegared dish: Monkfish liver with ponzu sauce
Meal: 2 pieces of seared fatty salmon sushi
Final dish: Miso soup
