Appetizer: Pickled rapeseed and wasabi, chicken tofu

Hotpot: Spanish mackerel hotpot

Assortment of two kinds of sashimi (scallop and salmon)

Grilled Shiretoko Chicken Kenchinyaki

Deep-fried tuna and Kitaakari croquettes

Vinegared dish: Mozuku seaweed and crab meat

Meal: Sea bream hand-rolled sushi
